BRICK PLC REPLACEMENT

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”234″ img_size=”full” style=”vc_box_shadow_border”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]A pencil manufacturer had an old painting line that needed sharpening.  Their ancient and obsolete PLC was replaced with a compact Allen Bradley Micro Logix brick style PLC.  AC components were replaced with 24VDC versions and a lot of old wiring and components made neat.  A small touch screen reduced physical buttons while providing helpful messages.
